Our design cell starts with direct interaction of actual users of the equipment (not only the purchaser) to understand the intricate requirement and to their deep expectations.

Designs of equipment are done after complete consultations taking into account of all the parameters involved and know-how required. The design is placed for customer’s approval in a very short span of time.

After approval, detailed engineering is done with latest engineering methods. The raw material purchase after subsequent engineering activities are planned well to start the fabrication wok at the earliest positive time depending upon the equipment.

Fabrication is done with pinpoint accuracy completed as per detailed engineering and for relevant Indian Standards or to International standards. The same is placed for customer’s inspection by stage wise and for final.

After approval, the equipment is erected at customer’s site if they insist to the fullest satisfaction of the customers. After erection, the technical team stays with the client, testing the efficiency of the equipment and sorting out any teething problem.
